NĀDA YOGA

An ancient meditative practice that unites the external form of sound 'Ahata' with the internal vibration 'Anahata'. Deeper states of consciousness such as calmness, relaxation, and harmony can be experienced by letting the mind follow the vibrations back to their source.

RASAS, EMOTIONAL HEALING

Rasas are the vehicles of the totality to express its nature. We experience and feel the rasas as e-motions, energies in motion. Through this meditative practice, we liberate our obstructed emotions and change the way we see them into a clearer and lighter perspective.

VINYASA FLOW

Vigorous sequences of poses in fluid movements, linked with the breath.

KIRTAN MANTRA

In a call-and-response chanting meditation, we start to build an atmosphere that sustains and uplifts our meditative state creating beautiful and harmonius energies in which we rest peacefully.

An ancient ritual from the Vedas and Tantras that utilizes vedic chanting and an external fire to burn the negativities in our mind, energies and karmas. A very powerful transformative meditation.
