At Akumal Bay Beach & Wellness Resort - we strive to provide our guests first-class facilities that enhance the quality of their stay. In order to perform major work, unfortunately we must on occasion close certain areas of the hotel to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
Please be advised our main pool will be closed
from Monday, September 23, through Sunday, October 13, 2024
While we repair the pool (that includes replacing water pumps, water filters, replacing pool tiles and fixing the floor in the pool area).
Lounge chairs will remain available during this time for your enjoyment along the Beach and Buildings. In addition, our Snack Bar, Beach Bars and Sushi Bar area will stay open their regular schedule for service.
